The service was top-notch, with friendly staff members always ready to assist me. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing me with a cozy place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The housekeeping was excellent, ensuring that everything was clean and tidy. The hotel also had a beautiful spa and wellness center where I indulged in a relaxing massage. the quality of service and the level of comfort provided here were outstanding.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped rooms, complete with beautiful views. The breakfast spread was great, offering a variety of items to choose from. The hotel's location allowed for a peaceful and serene getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We were disappointed that the staff's poor English comprehension made communication difficult. the lack of taxis in the area made it difficult for guests without personal transportation to go anywhere.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a serene location with breathtaking views from the rooms. The rooms were well-equipped with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The pool area was large and comfortable, providing an excellent opportunity to relax and unwind. The staff were courteous and friendly, with the spa therapist going out of her way to help us arrange dinner and book a table at a local restaurant with gluten-free options.

Some staff members were not engaging or welcoming on arrival and did not provide the necessary information to guests.
